My gratitude to Allah SWT who gave the gift of His grace and so I managed to complete the paper entitled "First in Battalion 527 Outbound Lumajang" just in time.
This paper contains information about  First Outbound Lumajang in Battalion 527, or more particularly discussed the activities of Battalion 527 outbound in Lumajang. I hope this paper can inform us about the activities of Battalion 527 outbound in Lumajang.
I realize that this paper is far from perfect, therefore, criticism and suggestions from all parties is built always my hope for the perfection of this paper.

CHAPTER I

Introduction

1.1  Background

Out bond is a mixture of physical and mental exercise for a group of people who aim to equate patterns of thinking and work that is expected to improve performance.

           Out bond known as a fun outdoor activities, because they have such a game concept that aims to build togetherness, team building, and self-confidence in participants. Asul out the origin of his own bond, starting from the training program one of the crew sailing in the UK. Training is done not only at sea but also on land in the form of adventure in the wild for 26 days. Initial term given to the training was "County Badge". Later changed to Outward Bound. Outward bound term is then used to this day continues. Outward Bound The term itself has been patented, so not everyone can use that term. Perhaps because the term Outward Bound has patented many of his later use of the term 'out bound'

           In the bond out there-many of which activity is white water rafting, gliding from a certain height (flying fox), running, jumping, throwing, games such as war - battles and a variety of activities that train physical strength, mental and fostering cooperation.

            Based on the observations that I conducted in 527 Battalion located in Lumajang. That there are many different places it takes to perform activities out bond. From the observation, I finally made ​​a report entitled "FIRST Outbound Lumajang in Battalion 527".

       This observation aims to know the description of the activities of Battalion 527 outbound on a place in Lumajang on June 13, 2011.

                        Discussion

·        Out bound as I did with friends - friends and teachers held a fun board, because our teachers and the board of soldiering and was greeted with an atmosphere of physical and mental training as soldiers.

·        First - all tutors give explanations about the place - a place that is in the battalion and its usefulness. Then they provide a challenge for us is one such example rayapan single rope. And special for us is an explanation of the weapons used by the soldiers and at the same pictures - photos, carrying a weapon.

·        Experience that can be learned from the out bound activities is that we must have the confidence and eliminating fear us, especially when doing a challenge that called rayapan rope one.

3.1  Conclussion

Of data - data can be concluded that the activity is out bond activities to train physically, mentally, confident, and eliminate our fears. In addition, we can find out about the battalion of 527 armed troops from the out bound activities.

Out bound activities that I do has an enormous meaning that the army was not as easy as we imagine being a soldier must have a physical, mental, and a high sense of togetherness.
